About · The brief
The challenge
The recruitment firm works with candidates for cruise ships — hundreds of applicants per month, each with a CV sent by email. Manual responses, in English, personalized per position, consumed most of the day.
They wanted a system that reads incoming emails, understands candidate intent, generates a tailored draft response, and leaves the final decision to the operator — not a bot sending autonomously.
How · we built it
The solution
AI agent with LLM for parsing and generation. Emails enter a queue, the system extracts intent (application, question, follow-up), generates a personalized draft in English based on the position and CV. The operator reviews the draft in the dashboard, adjusts if needed, approves sending.
Next.js dashboard with the propose → approve → sent flow visible in real time. All candidate data centralized, no thread lost.

The outcome
The agent takes over the repetitive part of communication, the human stays in the final decision. Responses go out faster, candidates get personalized attention, operators can process more candidates in the same workday.
