About · The brief
The challenge
The cadastral firm handles large volumes of documentation — standardized steps per file that previously happened manually: form filling, status tracking, generating official files. Operators lost time on admin work instead of focusing on the technical side.
On top of that, managing password accounts for a growing team meant weekly resets, unsafe sharing, friction at onboarding.
How · we built it
The solution
Next.js platform with automatic document generation based on file data. The status of each stage (submitted, in progress, delivered) visible in real time to the entire team. Passwordless authentication via magic link — the operator enters their email, receives a unique link, signs in.
No passwords to manage, no resets, no compromised accounts. Role-based permissions, audit trail on important actions, all in one place.

The outcome
The team processes files faster, without admin friction. Onboarding a new operator happens through their email — no IT setup, no shared passwords. Stereocad can grow the team without proportionally growing account problems.
